Polarity Yoga is a gentle, progressive and restorative form of Yoga. We use gentle stretching to achieve more flexibility. Structured breathing helps to restore calmness of mind and mental focus. Resting meditation helps to quiet the mind and allow the body a little space to heal itself and re-charge its batteries
Polarity Yoga classes are for anyone. You dont have to be flexible now, you just have to want to be more flexible. You dont have to know how to meditate, you just need the desire to work on gaining more control over your mind and emotions. You dont need a lycra outfit, you just need comfortable clothes that move with you.
